We're learing so many exciting in Room 13!
Language Arts:
This month, we are begining our reading unit entitled Animals. More site words will be introduced and our practicing of blending sounds and discovering word patterns will continue. We will begin using adjectives to make our writing more interesting and clear.
Math:
How exciting! We have completed our second unit in our math program. We will continue reviewing both simple addition and subtraction problems as well as increase our understandng of word problems.
Science:
Now that we have completed our unit on plants, we are entering our study of animals! We will be comparing and contrasting plants and animals as well as classifying animals into groups. Don't forget, pet week is just around the corner!
